Rockstar: Original Sugar Free

I should have picked up the OG Rockstar to compare, but I'm sure I'll get to it. I've never had this, so I'm curious if it tastes like Monster Zero or Red Bull Sugar Free. Right away, the flavor reminds me more of a Monster but also that Red Bull smarties flavor. It's got a little less funk than Monster, with maybe more fruity flavor. I'm getting apple and some smarties. I'd say Red Bull is more sour and bitter than this. It's refreshing and can't complain about it except for a moderate sweetener aftertaste. The carbonation is medium, the sweetness is high, and the flavor strength is high. If Red Bull has too much of a zing and the Monster formula is too overwhelming for you, you might like this. If you like interesting flavors, you might find this too plain. There's a ton of these for 1.25 at Dollar Tree usually. @farknard_energy on IG and TikTok
