Of the 59 drinks from five brands that company announcements and trade coverage describe as aimed at women, 48 (81%) have 150mg of caffeine or more per can. Aspire is the only brand of the five that stays under 100mg.
Caffeine is the figure printed on each can's label, as recorded in our catalog. For comparison, the FDA puts about 400mg a day as the ceiling for healthy adults, so two 200mg cans reach it.
These are brands that their own companies or trade press describe as aimed at women: Alani Nu, Bloom, Gorgie and Aspire, plus FLRT, which Monster announced in November 2025 as a female-focused line (Food Dive). It is a judgment about marketing, not a claim about who drinks them, and other brands could be added. If you think a brand belongs here, tell us.
Caffeine is not a recommendation for anyone. The numbers are what is printed on the can, so you can pick the dose that suits you. See caffeine rankings for every drink we track, or who owns which brand.
