Starts out as a pleasant green apple flavor, and slowly but surely transitions into a sweet caramel flavor as you begin to near the end of the can. Very tasty, and for sure worth the wait every fall season! I only give it 4-stars because it slightly confused me at first due to me missing the caramel flavor on the first sip.
